Who controls your data

What is collected

Application details: name, email, project, reason, milestone, category, target date, optional location and link, stated pricing interests, consent choices and referral source. The site also records aggregate page-load sources and card-share events without advertising cookies.

Why it is used

To review the application you submit, assign and manage places, contact you about your application, operate the public roll call with separate permission, prevent abuse, measure whether the project has genuine demand and review progress submissions.

The application and related contact are processed to respond to your request. Public-profile publication relies on your separate, optional consent. Basic security and aggregate product measurement rely on the operator's legitimate interest in running and improving the service.

What becomes public

Nothing is published automatically. Only approved applicants who separately permit publication may show their first name, project, category, optional location/link, milestone, target date and approved progress. Email addresses are never public.

Retention and sharing

Rejected or inactive validation applications are scheduled for deletion within 12 months unless a legal reason requires longer retention. Approved records are retained while the project remains active or until publication permission is withdrawn, subject to limited technical backups.

Data is not sold. It is processed only through the technical providers used to host and secure the service, including OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers. Where processing occurs outside the European Economic Area, the provider's applicable transfer safeguards are used.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or withdrawal of public-profile permission at any time by emailing the address above. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

This notice covers the free public-validation phase. No payment details are collected and no paid subscription is active. The notice and commercial terms will be updated before any checkout is opened.
